Robert L Roser Painting Contractors PTY LTD a family business began in 1983 as a sole trader and has grown over the years to become a reputable company employing qualified trade staff including trade qualified women who bring unparalleled quality to the team. In addition our apprentices who are able to learn and develop within a professional team.

Our range of services covers commercial, industrial and residential work, with over 20 years experience in complying with Government contracts. Our work crews are allocated according to skill and expertise and we frequently have multiple projects running at any one time.
The business is based in Upper Caboolture and services much of South East Queensland. Sunshine Coast, Pine Rivers to Noosa, Kilcoy and surrounding areas

Committed to Quality
In 1995 we achieved full accreditation in Quality Assurance to Australian Standard AS3902 – 1987 / ISO9002 Quality System for Procedures and Installation. Even though we are not legally bound to hold this certification, it was sought to ensure consistent control and monitor quality levels achieved.
All Staff of Robert L Roser Painting Contractors Pty Ltd are familiar with requirements under the Environmental Act, including noise pollution compliance.
In addition to using appropriate drop sheets even outside we also follow compliance with clean up and disposal with the use of our recycled water and environmental waste water disposal system.
Safety Matters
Strongly committed to public, workplace and environmental safety, we have implemented and continue to manage a workplace health and safety plan and an environmental safety plan in order to achieve a consistently high standard of safety performance.
Adherence to our WHS Plan will serve to ensure we meet our obligations under relevant State Occupational Health and Safety Legislation. Our commitment to OHS reflects the importance which the company has with it’s employees, our clients and the community in general. Additionally it is company policy to conduct Risk Assessments on all sites prior to commencement of works.
Through extensive interaction with QBuild Contracts, we have undergone several WHS Audits and consistently achieved strong results including 100% compliance.
